The Nyoongar Footy Magic DVD is a series of 4 television documentaries profiling game changing Western Australian Nyoongar Aussie Rules champions. The series uses first hand interviews with players and their families to tell the story of how, following colonisation of their traditional homelands in South Western Australia, and suffering terrible hardship from colonial rule, the Nyoongar people mastered Australian Rules football and used it as a way to build respect, pride and employment for their people.
