The series stars John Hurt in the title role. Aided by his cynical dog, Hurt narrates fascinating tales that combine humor, intrigue, and magic.

This 2-disc DVD set includes all nine stories from the original The StoryTeller series plus a further four tales from the Greek Myths sequel series.
