Killer Arms And Back DVD:
Three amazingly effective workouts that progress in difficulty. Stick with each 30-minute workout for 10 days and then progress to the next level. Jillian offers modifications for every single move, so whether you are an advanced athlete, a beginner or an intermediate exerciser, you will get the absolute most out of this programme.

Killer Body DVD:
Broken down into three incredible 30-minute workouts, each focussing on a section of your body; buns and thighs, rock hard abs and lean toned shoulders, biceps and triceps. Complete each workout twice each week, alternating between the three and take a rest day on Sunday. As always, Jillian offers basic and advanced modifications for each move so you can scale to your level of fitness.

Killer Cardio DVD:
The workouts are formatted to push you through each move for 20 seconds at full force and then take a 10 second recovery break. Level 1 is slightly easier than Level 2, but Jillian provides tips and tricks along the way to modify to make Level 1 harder and, if you need to, make Level 2 easier. This DVD can be done up to 5x per week and is ideal for alternating with resistance training workouts.
