The Big Little Lies season 2 sees the return of Nicole Kidman and Reece Witherspoon and new to the cast this season is Meryl Streep.

The return of Big Little Lies DVD explores the malignancy of lies, the durability of friendships, the fragility of marriage and of course, the vicious ferocity of sound parenting. Relationship will fray, loyalties will erode and the potential for emotional and bodily injury shall loom.

Set to well and truly stir things up in the seaside town of Monterey, the triple Oscar winner Meryl Streep will portray Mary Louise Wright, the mother of the Perry Wright (Alexander Skarsgård), who arrives in Monterey concerned for the welfare of her grandchildren, now being raised solo by Kidman’s character Celeste following Perry’s death in season one. She’s also in search of answers to questions raised about how her son died on that fateful night of the Elvis Presley and Audrey Hepburn dress-up charity ball.
